El Akkaoui: 1.Crown appeal allowed.; 2.Sentence below quashed, and in lieu thereof the Respondent to be sentenced to imprisonment for 8 years and 3 months to date from 5 April 2002 and to expire on 4 July 2010; 3.Specify a non-parole period of 5 years and 3 months to date from 5 April 2002 and to expire on 4 July 2007.
