JUDGMENT OF : Wood CJ at CL at 1; Simpson J at 42; Barr J at 43 DECISION : 1.Appeal allowed; 2.Sentence below quashed and in lieu thereof sentence the Respondent to a non-parole period of 4 years and 6 months to date from 8 May 2003 and to expire on 7 November 2007, and to a balance of term of 2 years. The earliest date on which he would be eligible for release on parole would accordingly be 7 November 2007.
