JUDGMENT OF : Buddin J DECISION : For the crime of murder, the offender is sentenced to 11 years' imprisonment, to commence on 9 August 2003 and to expire on 8 August 2014, with a non-parole period of 7 years, also to commence on 9 August 2003 and to expire on 8 August 2010, which is the first date upon which the offender is eligible for release to parole.
