JUDGMENT OF : Grove J at 1; Dowd J at 13; Sperling J at 15 DECISION : (1) Grant leave to appeal against sentence; (2) Appeal allowed; (3) Sentence quashed and, in lieu thereof, re-sentence the applicant to imprisonment for three years commencing on 27 February 2003 with a non-parole period of two years commencing on 27 February 2003 and expiring on 26 February 2005; (4) Order that the applicant be released on parole at the end of the non-parole period.
