(2) The defendant is to pay the plaintiff's costs of these proceedings. (3) In respect of the contempt identified in para 1 of the statement of charge, the defendant is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of two months to be served by way of periodic detention to date from 27 August 2004 and to expire on 26 October 2004. (4) In respect of the offence charged in para 2 of the statement of charge, I sentence the defendant to imprisonment for a period of two months to be served by way of periodic detention to date from 27 October 2004 and to expire on 26 December 2004. (5) In respect of the contempt charged in para 3 of the statement of charge, I sentence the defendant to imprisonment for one month, with such sentence to be served by way of periodic detention to date from 27 December 2004 and to expire on 27 January 2005. (6) In respect of the contempt charged in para 4 of the statement of charge, I sentence the defendant to imprisonment for one month, with such sentence to be served by way of periodic detention to date from 27 January 2005 and to expire on 26 February 2005. (7) In respect of the contempt charged in para 5 of the statement of charge, I sentence the defendant to imprisonment for one month, with such sentence to be served by way of periodic detention to date from 27 February 2005 and to expire on 26 March 2005. (8) In respect of the contempt charged in para 6 of the statement of charge, I sentence the defendant to imprisonment for one month, with such sentence to be served by way of periodic detention to date from 27 March 2005 and to expire on 26 April 2005. (9) In respect of the contempt charged in para 7 of the statement of charge, I sentence the defendant to imprisonment for one month, with such sentence to be served by way of periodic detention to date from 27 April 2005 and to expire on 26 May 2005.
