DECISION : TABER: Aggravated robbery - 10 years imprisonment to date from 26 March 2001; Manslaughter - 18 years imprisonment to date from 26 March 2002 and to expire on 25 March 2020, with a non parole period of 13 years 6 months to commence on 26 March 2002 and to expire on 25 September 2015. The first date upon which the offender is to become eligible for release on parole is 25 September 2015.
