DECISION: 1. Appeal allowed with costs. 2. Set aside the judgment for $10,000 entered by Master McLaughlin and substitute judgment for the appellant for $153,000 with effect from 5 April 2005. 3. Set aside the order that the appellant pay the respondent's costs of the proceedings in the Equity Division and in lieu thereof order the respondent to pay the appellant's costs of such proceedings. 4. Respondent to have a certificate under the Suitor's Fund Act 1951.
