DECISION : Offender to enter into a good behaviour bond for a period of two years from Tuesday 31 October 2006; conditions applying during the term of bond are (i) to appear before the Court if called upon to do so at any time; (ii) to be of good behaviour; (iii) to advise the Registrar of the Court of any change of residential address; (iv) to report to the Officer in Charge, NSW Probation and Parole Service at Parramatta within seven days; (v) to accept the supervision and obey all reasonable directions of the NSW Probation and Parole Service.
