28 MARCH 2006 DUDLEY MARK ASLETT v REGINA Judgment 1 THE COURT: In its judgment of 24 March 2006 the Court quashed the sentences imposed for counts 5, 6 and 7 and substituted other sentences. See para 146 of the judgment. In doing so the Court misstated the non-parole period it intended to impose for counts 5, 6 and 7. The Court makes the following orders – 1. Vacate the order substituting sentences on counts 5, 6 and 7.

2.
