DECISION : 1. Give leave under s 64(1)(b) of the Civil Procedure Act to amend the originating process pursuant to s 65(2)(b) of that Act in accordance with the amended originating process which is annexure "A" to the interlocutory process filed on 19 March 2007 2. The costs of the interlocutory process filed on 19 March 2007 will be the plaintiffs' costs in the proceedings against the twenty-seventh defendant.
