DECISION: The following orders were made in each case; (1) Leave to appeal be granted restricted to the question whether the District Court had power to make the order in question; (2) The notice of appeal is to be filed within 7 days; (3) The appeal is allowed with costs; (4) The order of the District Court Judge is set aside; (5) The respondent is to pay the costs of the notice of motion of 21 October 2005 in the court below; (6) The respondent is to have a certificate under the Suitors Fund Act in respect of the costs of the appeal.
