DECISION : (1) Leave is granted to the plaintiff to extend the limitation period in relation to causes of action occurring on 28 December 1989, 27 May 1990 and 17 August 1991 pursuant to ss 60G and I of the Limitation Act 1969; (2) Leave is granted to the plaintiff to extend the limitation period in relation to causes of action occuring on 22 August 1997 and August 1998 pursuant to ss 60C and E of the Limitation Act 1969; (3) Costs are costs in the cause.
