Allow the appeal and set aside the decision of Harrison AsJ given 18 July 2007 and, in lieu thereof, order; (i) the plaintiff, US Manufacturing Co Pty Ltd, provide security for the defendants ABB Service Pty Ltd future costs of the proceedings in the sum of $50,000.00 in a form suitable to the Court within 14 days; (ii) the proceedings by stayed until such time as security is given; (iii) the plaintiff is to pay the defendant's costs of its motion for security
