1. Pursuant to s 9(1)(a) of the Crimes (Serious Sex Offenders) Act 2006, I make an extended supervision order in respect of the defendant for a period of 2 years to commence at 4pm today, 11 December 2008 and pursuant to s 11 of the Act, I direct the defendant to comply with the conditions set out in the schedule to these orders during that period. DECISION : 2. I order that the interim order made by me on 21 November 2008 conclude at 4pm today. 3. I make a direction that access to the Court file in respect of any document shall not be granted without the leave of a judge of the Court. If any application is made by a non party in respect of any document, the parties are to be notified by the registrar so as to be heard.
