DECISION: The applicant is granted leave to appeal. The sentence appealed from is quashed and there is substituted a sentence of imprisonment of two years and six months. The sentence is to be taken to have commenced on 28 September 2007 and will expire on 27 March 2010. Direct that the applicant be released on 27 March 2009 on a Recognisance Release Order self in the sum of $100.
