1. Pursuant to s.7(4) of the Crimes (Serious Sex Offenders) Act 2006, two qualified psychiatrists are to conduct separate examinations of the Defendant and those two psychiatrists are to furnish reports to the Supreme Court with the results of those examinations on or before 4.00 pm, on Friday 21 November 2008. 2. The Defendant to attend those examinations. DECISION : 3. The Plaintiff's claim for final relief in paragraph 3 of the Summons for mention is listed at 9.30 am on 29 October 2008 for the purpose of fixing a hearing date. 4. Liberty to apply on one days notice. 5. An order is made pursuant to s.8(1) of the Act that the Defendant be subject to an interim supervision order with effect from 31 October 2008 for a period of 28 days by complying with conditions set out in the Schedule to the Short Minutes of Order which I have signed and dated.
