1. The respondent to pay the costs of the appellants of the appeal; DECISION: 2. The respondent to pay the appellants' costs of the application for extension of time and the first trial on the ordinary basis; 3. The respondent to pay the costs of the appellants of the second trial up to and including 1 February 2006 on the ordinary basis and thereafter on an indemnity basis; 4. The respondent to pay the costs of the appellants of this costs application.
