R v Hatch Sentenced to a non-parole period of 2 years and 6 months commencing on 14 June 2007 and ending on 13 December 2009 and an additional term of 3 years commencing on 14 December 2009 and ending on 13 December 2012. He is to be released on parole on 13 December 2009. In imposing the latter sentence I have taken into account the matters on the Form 1. R v Norman Released on bond for 18 months subject to the following conditions. DECISION : He must appear before the Court if called upon to do so at any time during the term of the bond. He is to place himself under the supervision of the Probation & Parole Service at Bourke within 7 days from today and to obey all reasonable and lawful directions of the officer assigned to his case including those concerning obtaining counselling in relation to drug and alcohol abuse and anger management. R v Wagstaff Released on bond for 2 years subject to the following conditions. He must appear before the Court if called upon to do so at any time during the term of the bond. He is to place himself under the supervision of the Probation & Parole Service at Orange within 7 days from today and to obey all reasonable and lawful directions of the officer assigned to his case including those concerning obtaining counselling in relation to drug and alcohol abuse and anger management.
