(1) I extend the time within which to commence this appeal to 11 April 2008. (2) To the extent necessary, I grant leave pursuant to s 74(2) of the Local Courts Act 1982 to appeal against the order made on 13 March 2008. DECISION : (3) The order finding against the plaintiffs on the notice of motion dated 11 March 2008 is set aside. (4) The proceedings are remitted to the Local Court for determination in accordance with the Court's directions. (5) I order the defendants to pay the plaintiffs' costs of the appeal.
