DECISION : For the crime of murder, the offender is sentenced to 22 years imprisonment with a non-parole period of 16 years and 6 months. Both terms will commence on 11 January 2005. The head sentence will expire on 10 January 2027 and the non-parole period will expire on 10 July 2021. The offender will be eligible for release to parole on 10 July 2021.
