(1) There shall be a verdict for the plaintiff in respect of the first publication (the first promotion) of $50,000. DECISION : (2) There shall be a verdict for the plaintiff in respect of the second publication (the second promotion) of $50,000. (3) There shall be a verdict for the plaintiff in respect of the third publication (the programme) of $140,000. (4) The defendant should pay the plaintiff's costs.
