(1) Allow the appeal. DECISION: (2) Set aside the ruling of Buddin J under s 192A of the Evidence Act 1995 (NSW) upholding a global objection to the tender of the recorded interviews with the daughter conducted on 7 and 10 January 2003. (3) In place thereof, dismiss that global objection to the admission of that evidence.
