DECISION : Khaled Sharrouf, in relation to the charge in the indictment to whichhave pleaded guilty, I sentence you to a term of imprisonment of 5 years and 3 months. This sentence is to commence on 8 November 2005 and is to expire on 7 February 2011. I fix a non-parole period in respect of the sentence of 3 years and 11 months and 7 days commencing on 8 November 2005 and expiring on 14 October 2009.
