(1) Appeal allowed. DECISION: (2) Orders 2 to 5 below set aside. (3) In lieu thereof, order that Parkline pay the applicants' costs of the proceedings not dealt with by any previous costs order, excluding the costs of the hearing on 2 November 2005. (4) Order that Parkline pay the applicants' costs of the leave application and the appeal, and have a certificate of the Suitors' Fund Act 1951 if otherwise eligible.
