1 Appeal allowed; 2. Set aside the orders made by Finnane DCJ on 26 September 2009 and impose the following sentences: DECISION: Count 1: A sentence of 9 years commencing on 16 June 2007 and expiring on 15 June 2016; Count 2: A sentence of 10 years 6 months commencing on 16 December 2007 and expiring on 15 June 2018. Specify a non-parole period of 7 years to date from 16 June 2007 and to expire on 15 June 2014.
