DECISION : Sentenced to imprisonment for a non-parole period of 7 years 6 months commencing on 29 February 2008 and expiring on 28 August 2015. Balance of the term of the sentence to commence immediately thereafter for a further 2 years and 6 months to expire on 28 February 2018. The first date upon which the offender is to be eligible to be released on parole is 28 August 2015.
