The earliest date upon which she can be eligible to be considered for release on parole is 20 February 2019. 48 Frederick Reyon Whitmore is sentenced to a non-parole period of 4 years commencing on 14 September 2007 and ending on 13 September 2011 with a balance of term of 2 years and 6 months commencing on 14 September 2011 and ending on 13 March 2014. The earliest date upon which he is eligible to be considered for release on parole is 14 September 2011.
