1. For the crime of murder, the Offender is sentenced to a non-parole period of 21 years commencing on 17 April 2007 and expiring on 16 April 2028 with a balance of term of seven years commencing on 17 April 2028 and expiring on 16 April 2035. DECISION : 2. For the crime of arson, the Offender is sentenced to a non-parole period of four years and six months commencing on 17 October 2026 and expiring on 16 April 2031 with a balance of term of one year and six months commencing on 17 April 2031 and expiring on 16 October 2032. 3. The earliest date on which the Offender will be eligible to be released on parole is 16 April 2031.
