DECISION : The offender is sentenced to a non-parole period of two years to commence on 27 March 2008 and to expire on 26 March 2010 and to a parole period of two years to commence on 27 March 2010 and to expire on 26 March 2012. Accordingly, the first date upon which the offender will be eligible for parole will be 26 March 2010. I make an order pursuant to s.19(1) of the Children (Criminal Proceedings) Act 1987 directing that the whole of the term of sentence of imprisonment be served as a juvenile offender.
