DECISION : 1. Pursuant to s 13(1) of the Crimes (Serious Sex Offenders) Act 2006 the interim supervision order which I made on 24 April 2009, and renewed by further orders made on 28 May 2009 and 25 June 2009, is revoked with effect on and from 4 pm on 1 July 2009. 2. Pursuant to s 9(1)(a) of the Act, I order that the defendant be subject to an extended supervision order for a period of five years to commence on and from 4 pm on 1 July 2009, and pursuant to s 11 of the Act, I direct that the defendant comply with the conditions set out in the Schedule which is attached to these Orders. I note that the defendant and a representative of the Attorney-General's Department have signed each page of the Schedule.
