1. Leave to appeal granted. DECISION: 2. The sentence imposed by Nicholson DCJ on 25.9.09 quashed. 3. In lieu thereof, the respondent is sentenced to imprisonment with a non parole period of 4 years 9 months commencing on 10.12.07 and expiring on 9.9.12; with an additional term of 2 years 9 months expiring on 9.6.15. She will be eligible for parole on 9.9.12.
