1.Extend until 13 April 2010 the time within which to seek leave to appeal against the orders of the Local Court made on 19 February 2009; 2.Grant leave to appeal against those orders; DECISION : 3.Quash the orders and substitute the following- A verdict and judgment for Bonfiglioli in the sum of $44,582 together with interest at 30% per annum from 23 January 2007 to the date of these orders; Concrete Equipment to pay Bonfiglioli's costs in the Local Court in an amount to be agreed or assessed; No order as to the costs of appeal.
