The plaintiff receive a legacy out of the notional estate of the deceased of $183,000; 3. The defendant pay the plaintiff the sum of $15,000 on account of the plaintiff's legal costs. 4. The defendant to pay the plaintiff's costs of the application to reopen the judgment in this matter.
