1. Order pursuant to s 601AH of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that Australian Securities and Investments Commission reinstate the registration of Black No Sugar Pty Ltd ACN 061 032 335. 2. Order pursuant to s 467(3)(d) that all notification and advertising requirements in respect of an application for a winding up order in respect of the said Black No Sugar Pty Ltd be dispensed with. 3. Order that, immediately upon reinstatement of the registration, the said Black No Sugar Pty Ltd be wound up. DECISION : 4. Order that, immediately upon reinstatement of the registration, Roderick Mackay Sutherland of Level 44, 55 Hunter Street, Sydney, an official liquidator, be appointed liquidator of the said Black No Sugar Pty Ltd. 5. Order pursuant to s 601AH of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that Australian Securities and Investments Commission reinstate the registration of ACN 088 020 035 Pty Ltd ACN 088 020 035. 6. Order pursuant to s 467(3)(d) that all notification and advertising requirements in respect of an application for a winding up order in respect of the said ACN 088 020 035 Pty Ltd be dispensed with. 7. Order that, immediately upon reinstatement of the registration, the said ACN 088 020 035 Pty Ltd be wound up. 8. Order that, immediately upon reinstatement of the registration, Roderick Mackay Sutherland of Level 44, 55 Hunter Street, Sydney, an official liquidator, be appointed liquidator of the said ACN 088 020 035 Pty Ltd.
