In accordance with s 57(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 1989 the Tribunal requires the Department of Justice and Attorney General to produce to the Tribunal, on a confidential basis, documents responsive to Mr Lambell's request within 30 days of this decision. 2. Following production under order 1, this matter is to be listed for a further planning before me on Friday 8 April 2011 at 10.00am. 3. I direct that a copy of all the materials filed in this proceeding, together with a copy of these reasons and a notice of hearing for the next planning meeting be served by the Agency on the Minister responsible for administering the Freedom of Information Act 1989.
