The Plaintiff is ordered to pay the Defendants' costs of the Notice of Motion, but only for the period on and after 26 June 2009. 4. The Plaintiff is ordered to pay the costs of the Defendants with respect to the proceedings which are dismissed in accordance with Order 1 made above, but only for the period on and after 26 June 2009.
