In substitution for that decision, a decision is made that TG is to reside on a permanent basis with his daughter, PZ, on condition that, unless the Public Guardian agrees otherwise, PZ adheres to the following access arrangements: that PZ is to facilitate access to TG for TF and his family on a monthly basis commencing at 3pm on Friday 25 March 2011. At 3pm on Friday 25 March 2011 and at 3pm on the last Friday of each subsequent month, PZ is to drop TG to TF and his family at Blacktown McDonald's. At 3pm on Sunday 27 March 2011 and at 3pm on the Sunday following the last Friday of each subsequent month, PZ is to pick up TG from Blacktown McDonald's .
