Dr Vastrad be reprimanded 2. Dr Vastrad is to pay the HCCC's costs of these proceedings, in respect of complaint one, on the ordinary basis, as defined in Sch 3 of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 3. The HCCC is to pay Dr Vastrad's costs of these proceedings, in respect of complaint two, on the ordinary basis, as defined in Sch 3 of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 4. Pursuant to Clause 6 of Schedule 2 of the Medical Practice Act 1992 the Tribunal has ordered that there be no publication of the names of the patients or of any material capable of identifying the patients.
