Set aside the orders made by the Full Bench of the Industrial Relations Commission NSW on 18 May 2010 insofar as those orders dismiss the appeal. 3. Otherwise dismiss the application. 4. The Applicant pay the Respondent's costs of the application. [Note: The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 provide (Rule 36.11) that unless the Court otherwise orders, a judgment or order is taken to be entered when it is recorded in the Court's computerised court record system.
