(2) Within 10 business days of today's date the applicant to pay $500,000 to Dr Nair and lodge the balance of the judgment debt in an interest-bearing account in the name of the solicitors for the parties. (3) Expedite the hearing of the appeal. (4) Give the parties leave to approach the Registrar of the Court of Appeal this afternoon to obtain the earliest possible hearing date. [Note: The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 provide (Rule 36.11) that unless the Court otherwise orders, a judgment or order is taken to be entered when it is recorded in the Court's computerised court record system. Setting aside and variation of judgments or orders is dealt with by Rules 36.15, 36.16, 36.17 and 36.18.
