In respect of count 2, leave to appeal is granted and the appeal is allowed. The sentence imposed by his Honour on 2 December 2010 in respect of count 2 is quashed and the applicant is sentenced as follows: In respect of count 2, the applicant is sentenced to a term of imprisonment with a non-parole period of 7 years and 6 months commencing 26 August 2010 and expiring 25 February 2018 with a balance of term of 4 years and 6 months expiring 25 August 2022.
