The Plaintiff's Claim 1The plaintiff claims damages for personal injury suffered by her in a fall at a car park which formed part of the premises managed by the first defendant and owned by the second defendant on 16 July 2009. 2At the commencement of the hearing the defendants admitted liability for the plaintiff's injuries, but pursued their defence of contributory negligence.
