REasons for decision 1GENERAL DIVISION (S MONTGOMERY, (JUDICIAL MEMBER)): MONTGOMERY: The Applicant held a driver authority under the Passenger Transport Act 1990 ("the Act") and has worked as a taxi-driver since about 1994. 2By a Notice of Decision dated 13 January 2012 a delegate of the Respondent advised the Applicant that the Respondent had determined to cancel his driver authority. The original decision to cancel the Applicant's authority was affirmed on internal review. 3The Applicant applied to the Tribunal for external review of the Respondent's determination. 4The matter came before me for hearing on 10 May 2012 and on that day I affirmed the determination to cancel the Applicant's authority and gave brief reasons for my decision. The Applicant has sought written reasons for the decision and more detailed reasons are now provided.
