Grant access to the plaintiffs' solicitors to those documents in the separate envelope on their undertaking not to provide a copy of any document to any plaintiff other than providing to each plaintiff a copy of their own statement or statements. 5. Otherwise dismiss the notices of motion. 6. Order the defendant to pay the plaintiffs' costs of and incidental to the notices of motion.
