(4) In substitution for the sentence imposed in respect of count 3, sentence the respondent as follows: Count 3 - Imprisonment with a non-parole period of 5 years to commence 8 April 2011 and to expire 7 April 2016 with a balance of term of 2 years and 6 months to commence 8 April 2016 and to expire 7 October 2018.
