Appeal allowed. 2. Judgment in the District Court as to damages and costs be set aside and in lieu thereof order that: (a) judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $483,854; (b) the plaintiff's costs be payable in accordance with the Workers Compensation Regulation 2010; and (c) such costs be paid by CGU Workers Compensation (NSW) Limited - Agent for the NSW Workcover Scheme. 3. The appellant's costs of the appeal be payable in accordance with Reg 104 of the Workers Compensation Regulation 2010. [Note: The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 provide (Rule 36.11) that unless the Court otherwise orders, a judgment or order is taken to be entered when it is recorded in the Court's computerised court record system. Setting aside and variation of judgments or orders is dealt with by Rules 36.15, 36.16, 36.17 and 36.18.
