reasons for decision 1GENERAL DIVISION (S MONTGOMERY, (JUDICIAL MEMBER)): Mr Nicholas Charles Brown ("the Applicant") has applied to the Tribunal for external review of a determination by a delegate of the Respondent. The determination was to suspend the Applicant's authority to drive taxi-cabs and was taken under section 33F of the Passenger Transport Act 1990 ("the Act"). 2The matter came before me for hearing on 6 February 2013. At that time I determined to affirm the decision under review and gave brief reasons for my decision. The Applicant has sought written reasons for my decision and these reasons are provided in response to that request.
