Order that the notice of motion filed by Paul Makucha on 31 January 2013 be dismissed 3. Order that Paul Makucha pay the costs of Sydney Water Corporation's proceedings in the Court of Appeal, including the costs of the notices of motion dated 20 February 2012 and 7 March 2013. [Note: The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 provide (Rule 36.11) that unless the Court otherwise orders, a judgment or order is taken to be entered when it is recorded in the Court's computerised court record system.
