(2) The respondent is to serve on the applicant a written statement of the reasons for its decisions of 22 October 2012 and 25 February 2013 by 6 September 2013. Such reasons are to be to the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the respondent or the person providing the statement on its behalf. (3) Leave is granted to the applicant to file an amended summons in the form annexed to its notice of motion filed on 21 June 2013 by 24 July 2013. (4) The costs of the applicant's notice of motion filed on 21 June 2013 are costs in the cause. (5) The exhibits may be returned.
