EX TEMPORE Judgment 1On 11 September 2013 I gave ex tempore reasons dealing with the substance of the issues raised in these proceedings ("X" v University of Western Sydney (No 3) [2013] NSWSC 1329) (the "principal judgment"). Given the urgency in which the matter had been heard and determined, there are a number of aspects of the matter that needed to be clarified. I have heard submission on those issues this morning.
